In this case the character is the noble archer Sebastian Vael, who joins the party in the midst of a quest to avenge his murdered family. Sebastian is the last surviving heir, and the player gets to choose whether to help him reclaim his title or direct his bow towards more pressing matters.

The Exiled Prince is part of the special Signature Edition of Dragon Age II BioWare announced last October.
